Something to synthesize over the weekend… not everybody enjoys other people… and not everyone has fond memories of “school”. As Johann Hari has written… sometimes we need to find our communities/companies where we can… if not in-person, then online.
If ‘you’ don’t like what you are seeing, then the action item is for you to meet them where they are, not where/how you wish they were… screens don’t judge…they’re curious…
